The 80-credit online MSOT program combines collaborative online classes and asynchronous coursework with on-campus lab immersions and fieldwork placements. The curriculum explores a range of topics — such as community mental health, pediatrics, and adult development — that will help you rehabilitate patients at any age. You’ll graduate with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to help patients achieve greater independence and return to doing activities that are important to them.

  • Work with fieldwork coordinators to find a placement in or near your community.
  • Gain career support through the Career and Self-Discovery Center.
  • Conduct original research under the tutelage of a faculty mentor.

You’ll graduate prepared to take the certification exam administered by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, which leads to national certification and eligibility for state licensure.
